Job Requirements
- Assist the head chef in planning and preparing high-quality bakery items.

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bakery Commi or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
