Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js, Python, and other technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of backend services through code reviews and testing.
- Participate in code refactoring activities to improve overall system quality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to database schema design, query optimization, migration planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Backend Engineering with expertise in Temporal Conductor Workflow Engines Event Streaming Kafka OAuth REST Clients AWS Azure Cloud Platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- Strong understanding of Database Schema Design Query Optimization Database Migrations Docker Kubernetes Enterprise API Integration Webhooks.
