Senior Software Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable cloud-native applications using .NET/C# and Microsoft Azure.
• Architect and implement microservices-based and event-driven solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
• Build, deploy, and manage applications on Kubernetes (AKS) using containerized architectures.
• Develop and optimize workflows using Temporal for distributed systems and long-running business processes.
• Integrate messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, technical solutions, and best practices.
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of cloud applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence across the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Cloud-Native Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Temporal, Azure, Microservices, and Containers.
• Strong programming experience in .NET Core and C#.
• Experience with at least one messaging platform: Apache Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or RabbitMQ.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud orchestration.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
• Hands-on exposure to GitHub Copilot or other AI-powered development tools.
• Azure certification (AZ-204, AZ-305, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Candidates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering institutes and product-based/Big Tech companies will be preferred.
