Role & responsibilities

Audio Video (AV) Support

• Install, configure, maintain, and support enterprise Audio Video infrastructure.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of meeting room AV devices.
• Test Audio and Video Conference rooms across locations with telecom/support teams.
• Configure and support projectors, displays, microphones, cameras, speakers, DSPs, and other AV equipment.
• Connect and manage scheduled audio/video conference calls as per business requirements.
• Record audio and video meetings based on user requests.
• Monitor live meetings to identify and resolve audio, video, or connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for new installations, hardware replacements, and warranty support.

Meeting Room & Collaboration Support

• Provide operational support for conference rooms and collaboration platforms.
• Troubleshoot meeting room issues related to displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and conferencing systems.
• Ensure meeting rooms are fully functional before scheduled meetings.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other conferencing platforms.

End User Support (EUS)

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows laptops, desktops, and office peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user computing devices.
• Coordinate with the Service Desk to resolve escalated incidents within SLA.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor AV infrastructure performance, utilization, and system health.
• Prepare maintenance reports, performance reports, and tuning recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve AV system performance and operational efficiency.
• Submit periodic maintenance and review reports for meeting room infrastructure.
