Test lead - manual + automation testing
Exp - 6-10 years
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Functional, Regression, SIT, and End-to-End Testing.
- Define and drive the automation roadmap. Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.
- Experience leading 5-10 member testing teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Defect Management processes.
- Experience with:
- Selenium / Playwright
- JIRA / Azure DevOps
- Postman / API Testing
- SQL / Database Testing
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
