As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the accuracy and integrity of testing through the implementation of advanced tools and methodologies. The day includes driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that testing processes are predictive and intelligent. Collaboration with various teams to integrate automation and innovative solutions is a key aspect, all aimed at elevating the overall quality and reliability of software products.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the adoption of new testing technologies and methodologies to enhance team capabilities.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with business goals.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Playwright.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.

Experience in integrating continuous testing within DevOps pipelines.

Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving automation challenges.

Knowledge of scripting and programming languages related to test automation.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Playwright.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
