• Training and Development:Participate in on-the-job training programs to learn production processes, procedures, and safety protocols
• Shadow experienced team members to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge of production operations
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and job-related competencies
• Production Support:Assist in setting up and operating production equipment according to established guidelines and specifications
• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting activities to keep equipment running efficiently
• Quality Assurance:Inspect finished products for quality defects, deviations from specifications, and compliance with quality standards
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards
• Document quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions taken during the production process
• Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
• Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near misses to the appropriate personnel for investigation and resolution
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all production activities
• Team Collaboration:Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets, deadlines, and quality goals
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate work activities, resolve issues, and promote a positive work environment
