Job Summary:

The NAPS Trainee will support manufacturing and assembly operations in the production line while learning industry-standard processes, quality systems, and safety practices. The trainee will work under the guidance of supervisors and gain hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assembly and production activities on the manufacturing line.
• Operate machines and equipment as per work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Perform basic quality checks and visual inspections of components.
• Support material handling, packing, and line-feeding activities.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S standards.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Report quality issues, machine abnormalities, and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Meet daily production targets and productivity requirements.
• Participate in training programs and skill development activities.

Required Qualifications:

• BE, Diploma, Arts and Science candidates may also be considered based on requirements.
• Freshers are preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.

Skills Required:

• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good discipline and attendance record.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools and production processes is an added advantage.

Work Environment:

• Automotive manufacturing and assembly shop floor.
• Rotational shift work.
• Standing and repetitive work may be required.
• Mandatory adherence to safety and quality standards.

Benefits:

• Monthly stipend 18000 - 23000 / Month
