Associate Sales Manager - Bancassurance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Sales Manager to drive business growth through Bancassurance partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with Axis Bank branch sellers to increase sales revenue.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
• Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of the Bancassurance model and its applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with Axis Bank or similar financial institutions is an advantage.
