Associate Manager- Legal

• Advising the business teams on applicable legal andregulatory framework for moneyviews existing and new products
• Advising the business teams of moneyview onregulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector including on dataprotection, privacy and information security
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercialcontracts with business partners (sourcing and collection contracts withfinancial institutions, tech vendor contracts, marketing contracts, paymentsupport services contracts)
• Drafting and updating the standard form contractsentered into with customers and policies of moneyview (terms and conditions,privacy policy and general terms of use)
• Advising on other general corporate commercialmatters for the moneyview group
• Management of internal stakeholders and negotiatingwith external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants,advisors and external counsel to manage multiple projects

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a recognised, well-ranked university
• Between 3-5 years of relevant PQE
• Experience in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions
• Experience working with at a corporate law firm and / or as in-house counsel in a fintech is preferred
• The candidate should be able to work independently and exercise sound and practical judgment
