Associate FinOps

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst to manage reconciliation, exception handling, chargebacks, and dispute resolution. This role requires strong analytical skills, ownership, and the ability to handle high volumes of transactions and email-based queries within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily transaction reconciliations across systems and identify mismatches
• Investigate and resolve exceptions and discrepancies with accuracy and speed
• Handle chargebacks and dispute cases, ensuring proper validation and closure within timelines
• Manage and respond to high-volume email queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Track and maintain dispute logs, reconciliation reports, and audit trails
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Banking partners) to resolve issues
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and compliance requirements
• Identify recurring issues and drive root cause analysis and process improvements
• Escalate critical issues in a timely manner with proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 23 years of experience in Finance Operations / Reconciliation / Dispute Management
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle and financial controls
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data handling)
• Experience in handling email-based operations and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment
