Role & responsibilities:
Reconciliation & Month End Closing Activites
- Complete Vendor Allocation & Reconciliation of Outstanding Balance
- Support Month End Closing Activities within defined timelines
- Resolve Reconciliation difference promptly
- Ensure Accurate reconciliation of MSME Vendor dues
Ensure Accurate Accounting Entries & Financial Transactions
- Process Purchase Vouchers accurately & within the defined timelines
- Records Provision, Reversal, Rectification & Round off Entries
- Process Fixed Asset Journal Entries
- Book GITC Invoices accurately
- Record Accrued Expense Entries
- Ensure all accounting entries comply with company policies & Accounting standards
Ensure Statutory Compliance & Financial Reporting
- Prepare MSME Reports & MSME Vendors payment due date working
- Process GST,TDS & RCM accounting Entries
- Prepare FD interest Working & FD working sheet with related accounting entries
- Ensure compliance with Statutory & Internal accounting requirements
Maintain Financial Records & Documentation
- Create & maintain the COA
- Maintain Inward Register & Finance check list
- Process Prepaid Entries accurately
- Maintain Complete supporting documents for audit & compliance
- Ensure Proper documentation & record management
