Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee plant-level financial operations, cost control, and budgeting.
Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support audits, MIS reporting, and monthly financial closures.
Partner with operations and procurement teams for cost optimization.
Requirements:
Experience in product costing and cost variance analysis is a must.
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with ERP and financial reporting tools preferred.
