Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a CA or MBA graduate to own the design, modelling, and governance of GTM & incentive structures for our front-line sales organization. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of financial modelling and sales strategy you'll be the person translating business priorities into AOP & Incentive plans that actually move field behaviour, while making sure every payout is financially sound and easy to administer at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end incentive modelling for the front-line sales team & Tele Teams — plan design, payout calculations, and periodic recalibration.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to simulate incentive payouts under different scenarios (target-setting, mix changes, new schemes) before rollout.
  • Curate incentive structures tailored to different sales roles, tenure bands, and business priorities (acquisition vs. retention vs. upsell), balancing motivational impact with cost efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical frameworks to track sales KPIs, target achievement, incentive eligibility, payout efficiency, and ROI of incentive programs.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Field Operations, and Finance to align incentive design with GTM strategy and quarterly/annual targets.
  • Run variance and ROI analysis on existing schemes to recommend course corrections.
  • Act as the key interface between central Product Marketing/GTM teams and regional Sales/Operations teams on all incentive-related matters.
  • Prepare leadership-ready presentations and dashboards summarizing scheme performance, payout trends, and recommendations.

Skills Required

  • Strong financial modelling skills (Excel/advanced Excel is a must; SQL or R/Python is a plus)
  • Sound understanding of incentive/compensation design principles and how they drive field sales behaviour
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with comfort working with large, unstructured datasets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to work with both Finance and Sales audiences
  • High ownership and a proactive, detail-oriented approach

Candidate Attributes

  • CA or MBA/PGDM from a top-tier institute preferred
  • 1–4 years of experience; prior exposure to sales finance, incentive design, or Business Planning is a strong plus
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
