Job Purpose

Manage security, safety, and loss prevention operations to protect company assets, employees, inventory, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day security and loss prevention operations.

• Supervise security personnel and third-party security agencies.

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and security systems.

• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, and security incidents; implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Perform security audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections.

• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and statutory regulations.

• Coordinate emergency response, fire safety, and incident management.

• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Transportation, and law enforcement agencies.

• Prepare MIS, incident reports, and analyze loss trends using Advanced Excel.

• Drive security awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.

• ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) ? Mandatory.

Experience

• 5?8 years of experience in Security Loss Prevention, Industrial Security, or Corporate Security.

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
