Assistant Manager - Quality

• Leads the QC function for the assigned area; manages in-process testing, deviation management and quality compliance. • Manages all in-process quality testing; identifies deviations, initiates corrective actions and tracks resolution to closure. • Owns the HLQA matrix for the assigned product scope; ensures all scheduled tests are performed and results are within specification. • Identifies quality-linked cost opportunities — RM optimisation, waste reduction — and drives implementation with production and process teams. • Plans and conducts internal quality audits; manages CAPA process and ensures non-conformances are closed within committed timelines.
