JD - Assistant Manager - Operations
Inbound Operations?
? Manage vehicle reporting, dock allocation, unloading, QC, GRN creation, and putaway.?
? Ensure document verification and adherence to inbound TATs.?
Outbound Dispatch Operations?
? Oversee picking, packing, staging, invoicing coordination, manifesting, and dispatch.?
? Ensure 100% SKU quantity accuracy and adherence to platform-specific SOPs.?
Inventory Management?
? Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle count, reconciliation, and consolidation.?
? Monitor stock aging and damaged inventory.?
Returns Management (RTO B2B)?
? Oversee receipt, QC, system entry, and closure of returns within TAT.?
Manpower Management?
? Supervise supervisors and associates and manage shift deployment.?
Reporting Coordination?
? Prepare EOD reports, conduct RCAs, and coordinate with planning, finance, and transport teams.?
