Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of standardized Quality Management Systems at Site.
- Responsible for Fixing of Parameters & conducting on-site QC Testing for Civil Works & Construction Materials.
- Responsible for Assisting Quality Inspections, Audits & ensuring compliance as per Standards.
- Formulation & Implementation of project Quality Plan and maintaining records for proof and process improvement analysis.
- Coordination with client and projects management specific team from client.
- Implement the QA/QC management system.
- Documentation, Preparation of quality plans according to the customer requirements.
- Control all non-conformance customer complaints reports and undertake remedial action.
- To handle Quality Control Laboratory and to implement quality plan at site and at RMC plants.
- To follow up on site quality related issues and escalate to senior management when the closure of the corrective action is delayed.
- To support HO Quality Engineer in maintaining documents/records and help to organize management review meetings and its actions follow up till the closure of the same.
- To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy.
