Role & responsibilities
^ Legal & Recovery of Write-off cases
^ Police Station visits, customer visits for negotiation and recovery of Bad Debts
^ Preparation of legal MIS
^ Work on matters of Lok Adalat, Conciliation

^ Required experience in Section 138 matters, EP matter, Section 17, BW / /NBW warrant execution.
