- Performing analyses on software appcation functionaty and suggesting improvements
- Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and cents to improve appcation performance
- Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionaty of appcations
- Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionaty
- Estabshing the root causes of appcation errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer
- Keeping a record of configuration changes and schedung appcation updates
- Documenting processes and monitoring appcation performance metrics
- Providing front-end support to cents and colleagues in other departments
Roles & Responsibity:
Experience:
Min. 1+ Experience (Fresher's can also apply)
- A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar
- Demonstrable experience as an appcation support engineer in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as C++, Javascript, Python, and Ruby
- Abity to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance
- Exceptional abity to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based cents
- Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of appcation errors and repairing them
- Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES)
- Abity to keep up with innovation in appcation design
- Exceptional communication skills
