You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of application performance and stability.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Monitor application performance and stability, ensuring smooth functioning.

Provide support to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns.

Identify and analyze system defects, proposing and implementing appropriate solutions.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and support processes.
Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in UNIX Shell Scripting.

Strong understanding of system architecture and UNIX operating systems.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in enterprise applications.

Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and debugging.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Python scripting.

Solid grasp of networking concepts and protocols.
