Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operations using Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
• Handle L1/L2 incidents, ticket triage, and operational support.
• Implement AI/ML-based ticket routing and operational workflows.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI in operations.
• Experience with automation, documentation, and workflow optimization.
