Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents and service requests.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within integrated business planning environments.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of changes.

Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level applications to ensure high availability and performance.

Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration with software solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
