Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in AIX System Administration.

Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning on AIX platforms.

Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for complex software and hardware issues.

Ability to manage and maintain critical business applications in a high-availability environment.

Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AIX System Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
