Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function optimally while maintaining a focus on user satisfaction and system reliability. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be tasked with anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they impact business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Life Sciences R&D. Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Graph Databases. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
