Job Description

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in Windows Application Management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, and modern application packaging standards such as MSIX.
  • PowerShell scripting proficiency; experience applying AI-assisted development (Claude Code or equivalent) to automate packaging and configuration tasks.
  • Deep understanding of Windows application compatibility and performance; experience with deployment toolsets and update management at enterprise scale.
  • Practical experience designing and deploying agentic workflows and AI automation pipelines; able to identify where autonomous task execution adds the most value in an application lifecycle.
  • Hands-on with AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and Claude Code; able to design prompt structures, build reusable Skills, configure AI Projects, and deploy agentic workflows that encode team knowledge and scale delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure Lenovo drivers and Windows applications via Intune and Microsoft Entra, supporting cloud-native and hybrid endpoint environments.
  • Facilitate modernisation and automation of application and driver deployments end-to-end and the deployment and integration of Winget package manager into deployment and update processes.
  • Build and maintain modern application packages adhering to standards and best practice; manage the full packaging lifecycle from requirements through testing.
  • Leverage AI agents and agentic workflows to automate application and update delivery, accelerate testing cycles, and reduce repetitive manual effort across the application lifecycle.
  • Script and automate using PowerShell, with AI-assisted coding to accelerate development and improve quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of squad tooling, workflows, and delivery practices.

  • Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues independently, with a bias for automation over manual fix.
  • Works effectively across a distributed global team; self-directed and comfortable operating under pressure.
  • Curious about AI and actively applies it experimenting with new tools, sharing what works, and raising the bar for the squad.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven; uses metrics to prioritise and measure outcomes.
  • Clear communicator; able to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.
