Job Description
- Design, build, customize, and maintain enterprisegrade application packages using MSI, MSIX, EXE, and scripted installers.
- Perform application repackaging for legacy or vendorunsupported installers to meet corporate deployment standards.
- Handle new installs, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and rollback scenarios with proper version control.
- Ensure all packages support silent installation, silent uninstallation, and repair modes without user interaction.
- Validate vendor installers and remove unnecessary components, services, or autoupdate mechanisms where required.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for application installation, uninstallation, repair, and detection logic.
- Implement preinstallation checks (OS version, disk space, admin rights, prerequisites).
- Implement postinstallation actions (registry updates, service configuration, shortcut handling, license deployment).
- Create custom detection rules for SCCM/MECM and Intune to ensure accurate install status.
