- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, and develop solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and test plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Pega Platform architecture and design principles.
