Incorporated in 1976, the organisation extends technical, management and development consultancy to industry & government. APITCO has well-qualified and experienced engineers in multi-disciplinary fields. A self-sustaining organization APITCO specializes in areas of importance to society. SIDBI - the lead shareholder having management control of the company has offloaded its entire stake to Ahmedabad based Mehra Family. The Mehra family has inducted young and dynamic directors from different spheres of industry on board and has undertaken a major restructuring exercise to bring back the company on track.
