Api Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain API automation using RestAssured / Karate / Postman.
• Develop UI automation using Java + Selenium WebDriver.
• Create and execute test scenarios for API and UI layers.
• Validate API payloads, headers, schemas, and response codes.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Work with crossfunctional teams to identify and fix defects.

Required Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven, Git.
• Good understanding of frameworks (POM, Hybrid, DataDriven).

Education :

Bachelors degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.Role & responsibilities
