Our hands-on courses are designed to transform beginners into skilled craftsperson, with a comprehensive curriculum spanning 1440 hours. At our state-of-the-art academy in Sarjapur, Bangalore, spanning 21,000 sq ft, students have access to 10 kitchens, a students' lounge, a team cafe, a store room, and an oven room, providing an unparalleled learning environment. Since our inception in January 2017, APCA has received both Indian and international accolades, setting new standards in culinary education with visionary leadership and a team of 35 impaneled master chefs, including over a dozen Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) recipients.
