Anesthesiologist Specialist

About the Role

Healic Healthcare is seeking a qualified and experienced Anesthesiologist to provide safe and effective anaesthesia services for planned elective surgeries. The ideal candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with surgeons, nursing staff, and the OT team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients pre-operatively and determine their fitness for anaesthesia.
• Administer general, regional, and local anaesthesia as required.
• Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative period.
• Manage airway emergencies and respond promptly to critical situations.
• Provide post-operative pain management and recovery support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and anaesthesia records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OT staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Follow NABH protocols, infection control practices, and clinical safety standards.
• Participate in emergency cases whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS with MD/DNB/DA in Anaesthesiology.
• Valid State Medical Council/NMC registration.
• Relevant experience in handling elective surgical cases.
• Strong clinical decision-making and emergency management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
