Job Description
Responsible for developing and managing SAS and SQL reporting solutions and delivery, including both the planning and design of new solutions to support the department s reporting requirements, ongoing management, production support, monitoring, and accountability for those solutions
Engage with business stakeholders and advise strategic solutions for their business intelligence needs
Understand how the delivery of the MI captured
Requirements should be documented to assist technicans to build the functional/ integration component
Delivery is expected through an Agile delivery model delivering the outputs on the Teradata(database), Informatica and SAS (ETL) and Qlik (presentation layer)
Design, track and interpret key performance indicators and analytical models driving Field Operations strategy and productivity
Recommend and establish action plans based on such indicators/models to mitigate risks and optimize Field performance
Prepare upper management for strategy discussions, weekly and monthly results
Create/maintain static and Ad-Hoc deliverables to communicate field performance and increase technician level efficiency
