Lead efforts to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

Experience in designing and implementing data models to support predictive analytics.

Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes within cloud-based platforms.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive analytics solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable outcomes.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.

This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
