Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the team.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Proficiency in User Experience Research Tools and Techniques.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Experience in designing and conducting user research studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

Ability to apply various research methodologies to understand user behavior and improve product experiences.

Skilled in synthesizing research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for diverse audiences.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience Research Tools and Techniques.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
