Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex IVR systems using Amazon Lex and AWS Lambda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop high-quality code in Python programming language for building conversational interfaces.
- Troubleshoot issues related to IVR system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in developing IVR systems using Amazon Lex or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis Firehose etc. .
- Proficiency in Python programming language with experience working on large-scale projects.
