Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications
* 6-9 years of technology consulting experience, with a focus on cloud operations.
* Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS services.
* Proficiency in designing and implementing Amazon Connect contact flows integrated with Python, Lambda, and JSON.
* Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to: AWS Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Glue, S3, Redshift, SNS, and SQS.
* Solid scripting skills in Python, with the ability to write SQL queries and perform string analysis.
* Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and techniques, including GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker.
* Experience with agile/iterative methodologies for implementing cloud projects.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective technical designs.
* Good understanding of end-to-end project delivery methodologies for cloud projects.
* General knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current trends.
* Experience working on CI/CD/DevOps pipelines is a plus.
