- Strong design and branding background with 4+ years of work experience.
- Add design value and share logical yet creative solutions for each project.
- Get clear briefs from the marketing/management teams on all the projects.
- Should be able to handle finding the gaps in the process and address those with the
help of senior design lead / reporting manager.
- Encourage the team on a daily basis to perform better, and maintain an unbiased,
friendly team and work culture.
- Plan the workflow basis for upcoming work.
- Keep a tab of all the projects ongoing and upcoming.
- Execute on projects along with the team.
- Good presentation and communication skill to support the design work done by
self and the team.
