Job Description
Conversion of any given bare shell property to a ready to move in QSR in compliance with all the set processes and guidelines.
Data management and presentation.
Regional level internal team coordination for reviews and updates.
Process building (if required) with alignment of management.
Living to values and culture built in company.
Co-ordination with various stake holders as per project requirements.
Inspection of major materials & other consumables as per IS codes and approvals.
Interacting with design team to obtain inputs for drawings/design data and incorporating the same.
Implementation of project specifications, standards, quality requirements.
Projects status monitoring and updating to the management.
