Airport Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, well?presented individuals to join our team as Airport Representatives. This role involves welcoming guests at the airport, coordinating their transfers, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures with exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate should be guest?centric, reliable, and able to maintain high standards while working under varied shift timings.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests at the airport, assist with luggage and ensure a warm, professional arrival and departure experience.

• Coordinate transportation arrangements (hotel transfers, private cars, taxis) between airport and hotel, liaising with drivers and relevant teams.

• Assist guests with check?in/escort to vehicles, help with walk?in guests, VIP arrivals, and special requests.

• Provide airport?to?hotel communication: keep logbooks or digital records of flight schedules, arrivals/departures, delays and changes; update Front Office / Concierge / Guest Relations.

• Maintain guest comfort by offering small courtesies (e.g. water, cold towels, welcome information) while ensuring the vehicles and drivers meet hotel quality standards.

• Handle guest inquiries and issues politely and efficiently; escalate complaints or operational problems to supervisors.

• Maintain personal grooming and professional conduct to reflect the brand image.

Skills Attributes

• Good communication skills in English; local language(s) will be an advantage.

• Pleasant and outgoing personality; strong interpersonal skills.

• Guest service orientation, punctuality, reliability, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Adaptability to shifting schedules: able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and any airport arrival/departure times.

Qualification Criteria

• Education: Graduation/ 12th grade + Hospitality/Travel / Flight / Airport / Tourism certification or diploma.

• Age: Below 25 years with a Graduation Degree.
• 18-22 years with Certification/Diploma
• Prior experience in hotels, airport operations, or guest services is preferred but not mandatory.
