Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the AI backbone supporting digital delivery across Allianz platforms.
- Configure, train, and orchestrate AI models and agents within enterprise systems and development environments.
- Enable AI-driven automation for gap analysis, requirement refinement, and specification generation in alignment with business needs.
- Ensure traceability, auditability, and compliance of AI-generated outputs in accordance with Allianz standards and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing policy administration, claims, and underwriting systems where applicable.
- Monitor and optimize AI model performance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Work with existing enterprise codebases to enable AI-assisted analysis, modernization, and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Intent Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to validate and refine outputs.
- Ensure alignment with Allianz enterprise architecture, data governance, and security frameworks.
- Support adoption of AI-native engineering practices within a controlled and compliant environment.
Technical Skills & Experience
AI / LLM Expertise
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude, GPT, or similar enterprise-grade models.
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering for:
- Code analysis and generation
- Requirement interpretation and refinement
- Output validation and quality assurance
- Experience integrating LLMs within secure enterprise environments and IDEs.
AI Engineering & Governance
- Familiarity with AI-native engineering practices (e.g., Gastown or similar frameworks).
- Experience in building and orchestrating AI agents and workflows in enterprise settings.
- Understanding of model lifecycle management, evaluation, and controlled deployment.
- Exposure to responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and governance.
- Ability to ensure auditability and traceability of AI decisions and outputs.
Software Engineering Foundations
- Strong grounding in:
- API design and integration (REST/GraphQL)
- Microservices architecture
- Event-driven systems and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience working with large-scale, legacy, and modernized codebases.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and enterprise system integration.
