About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between Product, Sales, Marketing, and AI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building growth systems rather than just managing campaigns.
Youll leverage modern AI coding platforms and no-code/low-code tools to rapidly build automations, internal tools, customer-facing experiences, and AI agents that accelerate our go-to-market efforts.
This role is perfect for builders who can turn ideas into working products within hours instead of weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI-powered workflows to improve lead generation, qualification, outreach, and customer engagement.
- Develop internal tools that improve Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Design and deploy Voice AI Agents for inbound/outbound customer interactions.
- Build prototypes and MVPs using AI-assisted development tools.
- Automate repetitive GTM processes using APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to identify automation opportunities.
- Integrate CRMs, communication platforms, AI models, and third-party SaaS applications.
- Rapidly experiment, iterate, and deploy growth initiatives.
- Measure performance of automations and continuously optimize them.
Required Skills
AI Development
Strong experience using AI code generation platforms such as:
Claude Code | Lovable | Codex | Cursor | Antigravity (or similar AI developer tools) | Automation
Experience with tools like:
n8n | Make | Zapier | LangChain | OpenAI APIs | Anthropic APIs | JavaScript or Python | REST APIs | JSON | Webhooks | Git/GitHub | AI Agents
Hands-on experience building:
Voice Agents | AI Chatbots | AI Assistants | Workflow Agents | Multi-Agent Systems
Preferred Qualifications ( Strong Plus )
Built production-grade Voice AI Agents
Experience with:
ElevenLabs | Vapi | Retell AI | Bland AI | Twilio | LiveKit
Experience integrating:
HubSpot | Salesforce | Zoho CRM | Slack | Google Workspace | Microsoft 365
