Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an AI & Data Platform Developer with 3-4 years of experience in Python, databases, and practical AI automation. The role will support the design and development of intelligent applications, data-driven workflows, and backend services that improve operational efficiency and business decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
• Develop Python-based APIs, automation scripts, and backend services.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Build AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent search, document Q&A, and workflow assistants.
• Create data pipelines for reports, integrations, file processing, and operational automation.
• Work with business and technical teams to convert requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support troubleshooting, documentation, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications.
Required Skills
• Strong Python programming experience with API or automation development.
• Strong SQL skills with working knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
• Understanding of AI/LLM concepts such as prompting, embeddings, and RAG.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication basics, and integration troubleshooting.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Preferred Skills
• Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
• PostgreSQL, pgvector, vector search, Snowflake, or data warehouse exposure.
• Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint.
