Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Conduct payment reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using QuickBooks software.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Quick Books for bookkeeping purposes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- Experience with journal entries, ledger maintenance, payment reconciliation.
