The MATO Analyst will support the organization by providing comprehensive support for various cloud-based applications and contribute to the designing, building, and maintenance of cloud-based tools for Financial Services Functions. What you will do
- Support the implementation and management of advanced accounting technologies
- Provide expert advice and troubleshooting for cloud-based accounting applications
- Collaborate with the MATO team and others to ensure cohesive financial operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within global processes
- Stay updated on emerging accounting technologies and trends, and assist in recommending innovative solutions
- Monitor and report on the performance of accounting technologies and processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify and help mitigate risks associated with the implementation and use of accounting technologies
About you
Education : Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certification is a plus.
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and technology integration, preferably within the oil and gas industry, or large multi-national company
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with BlackLine and technology solutions like SAP Group Reporting or Workiva
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
