About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager US Staffing to drive new business acquisition and expand our client portfolio. This is a pure hunting role, ideal for professionals with a proven track record of acquiring new clients, managing Tier-1 accounts, and generating revenue within the US Staffing industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with Tier-1 clients and MSP programs and be capable of building business independently from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new Tier-1 clients and MSP programs.
  • Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships.
  • Handle the complete client lifecycle, from onboarding to account growth.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop business across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering staffing requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage client expectations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development or Account Management.
  • Strong experience working with Tier-1 clients and MSP/VMS programs.
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate consistent revenue.
  • Existing client base or strong network within the US Staffing industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting IT, Non-IT, and Engineering staffing requirements.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes, VMS/MSP models, and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
