Role & responsibilities
1. Monitoring, preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation, party reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
2. Overseeing financial statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Age-wise Accounts payables and receivables statements and balance sheets.
3. Preparing the MIS reports, cash & fund flow statement, balance sheet, audit reports, sales invoices, debtors reconciliation and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance.
4. Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes and filing of returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance.
5. Monitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in cost effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast ensuring that there is no shortage of cash in hand.
6. Handling reconciling of Corporate Accounts Receivable Trial Balances with General Ledger Control Account.
7. Monitoring and maintaining of all advance deposits received and balancing them to the general ledger at month end.
8. Reconciling payments, Supplier Payments, Statutory Payments, and Payroll related Payments & Demand draft.
9. Scrutinizing the invoices and vouchers before payment as per the companys procedure and processes.
10. Monthly TDS deduction/ Remittance in respect of Salary, Contractors Payment, Brokerage Commission, Rent, Labour Charges etc. and arrangement for issueof TDS Certificate after completion of Financial Year.
11. Finalization of Accounts with Auditor.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Knowledge of MS Office, Tally and ERP.
2. Good in English, Kannada.
