Job Title: Accounts Manager

Experience: 8- 20 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting operations for a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, MIS reporting, inventory and cost accounting, along with proven team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely month-end/year-end closures and finalization of accounts.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and financial controls.
• Prepare Balance Sheets, MIS reports, budgets, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Lead and mentor the Accounts team while driving process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Focus Software Experience is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Financial Accounting & Finalization
• Book-Keeping and day to day accounting, GST, TDS & Taxation.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable handling.
• Audit & Statutory Compliances.
• MIS Reporting & Budgeting.
• Team Handling & Leadership.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com, CA /CMA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
