- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split ACs, window units, and central HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in cooling systems using appropriate tools and testing equipment, and perform timely troubleshooting
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting compressors, and ensuring proper airflow
- Handle gas charging, leakage detection, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards during all service activities
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and blueprints to carry out installations and repairs accurately
- Coordinate with customers to understand issues, provide cost estimates, and deliver quality service while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction
