Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Ab Initio Developer to join our data engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL solutions using the Ab Initio platform. You will work with large datasets to build and optimize data pipelines, supporting our business intelligence and analytics initiatives. This is a crucial role for a data professional who is passionate about building high-performance and scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using the Ab Initio platform. - Build and optimize Ab Initio graphs for data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to define data requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in data pipelines. - Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process. - Maintain and improve existing ETL solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in Ab Initio development. - Deep expertise in the Ab Initio platform, including GDE, Conduct>It, and EME. - Strong experience with SQL and database technologies (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server). - Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ab Initio Express>It. - Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark). - Experience with integration to other data tools.
